Gratitude & Challenges

Gratitude
  • A few weeks ago Steve met Jon Seskevich a friend of Ram Dass. I had 5 minutes with Jon. He is pure love. Jon also generously came to our home and taught us Building Resiliency meditation. His CD is helping me sleep at night See resource section for more info on CD.
  • We have the most amazing local co-op, Weavers in Carrboro, NC. They have incredible organic and healthy prepared foods. Most of our food now comes from there.
  • Jeanne van Gemert visiting and then lunch, pool visit at her house, getting to share with feminine energy and giving Steve a much-needed break.
  • Friends and Family for honoring our request to give us space. We just can’t keep processing this with others.
  • My brother and sister in law’s picking up the many pieces that I left behind in New York during the move.
  • My father for trusting Steve to handle everything
  • Thank you to my friends for your Facebook posts, they brought me many smiles. I feel so loved, supported by all of you. I love Facebook and how it connects everyone.
  • Steve is taking care of everything and this is allowing me to be light, free and heal.
  • My neighbors who have been so supportive and willing to help us out with errands and driving
  • Joe and Barb who drive me to all my Duke appointments.
  • Emily and Carolyn for helping with research
  • Carolyn for coming to for my first days of treatment and helping me with multiple projects
Surprised By
  • Loving healthy food and have no cravings.
  • Discovering mornings walks and the world that is awakening.
  • I have no fear, the controller in me has let go and surrendered. I feel better than I have in years. My life transformed the day I had brain surgery.
  • I trust 100% that this will work out.
  • That when things are going wrong with my Zen perfectionist, I allow it and don’t get mad or angry
  • Not getting triggered, hearing what is needed and wanted
